Our menus are inspired by the sunny flavors of the west coast and are designed to maximize nutrition.

Our indoor/outdoor restaurant serves fresh, vibrant Mediterranean and California cuisine that follows the renowned Blue Zone diet protocol. Set against inspiring views of the Santa Monica Mountains, The Heights' seasonal menu sources produce from local farmer’s markets and uses only the highest-quality ingredients. All items available for in-residence dining, as well.

Blue Zone Diet Protocol for Seniors

This health-centric diet is intended to promote wellness and longevity. Whole grains, complex carbohydrates, in-season vegetables, fruits, root and tubers (such as carrots, beets, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams), nuts, seeds and beans comprise the five pillars of this diet. Fish is also an integral component of the Blue Zones Diet, especially those non-predator fish that live in the middle of the natural food-chain. But if you prefer a choice steak or a juicy burger and fries, we’ve got you covered!
